Yvonne L. Reynolds

Yvonne L. Reynolds, 59, of Mecca, died Wednesday, October 29, 2008 at St. Joseph Health Center in Warren. She was born July 25, 1949 in Youngstown, the daughter of Frank and Dorothy (Flint) Sturgill.

Mrs. Reynolds had worked as an inspector for General Electric and attended Bristolville Freewill Baptist Church. A member of the American Rabbit Breeders Association, she was affectionately known as "The Rabbit Lady."

Surviving are her husband, James E. Reynolds, Jr., whom she married September 5, 1970; two daughters: Christine Reynolds of Warren and Loretta (Pete) Morris of North Carolina; a son, Joe (Bernice) Reynolds of North Bloomfield; a stepdaughter, Marie Williamson of Warren; a stepson, Richard Reynolds of Mecca; five granddaughters; five grandsons; and two great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death are two brothers and three grandchildren.

At her request, cremation is taking place. A memorial service, followed by a dinner, will be held 11:00 a.m. Sunday, November 9, 2008 at Bristolville Freewill Baptist church, 2087 Greenville Rd., Bristolville, Ohio 44402.
