William Roscoe Talbert

Warren - William "Bill" Roscoe Talbert, age 78 of Champion, OH, entered in to eternity Friday, September 4, 2009 in the Emergency Room at St. Joseph?s Health Center. He was born Sunday, April 12, 1931 in Kanawaha Co, WV, the son of the late Ernest B. Talbert and the late Ada C. Withrow.

He worked as a driver for Trumbull County Elderly affairs and delivered the Tribune for over 18 years, He was a member of American Association of Retired Persons, and he enjoyed collecting antiques and driving to Charleston WV to visit his cousins,

Surviving are Wife, Clara (McMillin) Talbert of Champion, OH; 5 Sons, Roger Talbert of Champion, OH, Richard Talbert of St. Clairsville, OH, Jack Talbert of Cleveland, TN, Albert (Sarah) Talbert of Hopewell, VA, Robert (Lucia) Talbert of Slidell, LA; 4 Daughters, Deborah Talbert of Warren, OH, Terri (Robb) Cole of Endwell, NY, Cynthia (Patrick) Hartle of Warren, OH, Pamela Hummel of Champion, OH; 13 Grandchildren, ; 2 Great-Grandson,. He was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.

Services will be held at McFarland & Son Funeral Home, Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at 6:00 PM with The Rev. James Dittmar from the Warren Baptist Temple officiating. Calling hours are 5-6 PM, Tuesday, September 8 at the McFarland & Son Funeral Home, 271 N park Ave., Warren, OH. Interment will follow at a later date
