William C. Hartman

William C. Hartman, Jr., 72, of Howland, died from heart disease at home Tuesday, February 20, 2007. He was born November 17, 1934 in Kerens, W.Va., the son of William C. and Grace M. (Rhinehart) Hartman, and had lived in the Warren area since 1957.

Mr. Hartman had worked as a laborer for Copperweld Steel.

Surviving are a sister, Betty (Richard) Gotshall of Vienna, and a brother, John (Mary) Hartman of Hayes, Va. Preceding him in death are his parents and a brother, Elwood Hartman.
