Wayne L. Hufford

NILES - Wayne L. Hufford, 62, passed away on February 7, 2015 at Grace Woods Assisted Living. He was born on April 2, 1952 in Warren, the son of the late Robert J. and Barbara A. (Hackworth) Hufford.

Wayne was a 1970 graduate of Champion High School and worked many years as a construction worker. He served his country in the Navy. He was a very strong believer in his church and faith. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling, and golf.

He is survived by his son, Paul (Nicki) Hufford of Cortland; granddaughter, Madison Hufford; brothers, Tim Hufford of Warren, Bill (Denise) Hufford of Lordstown; sisters, Barbara (Victor) Burnett of Liberty, SC, Linda (David) Stanford of Canfield; plus many nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death were his parents and son, Danny Hufford.

Honoring Wayne's wishes cremation has taken place with burial to follow at a later date.
