Vivian Rita McLain, 90, of Warren, died Thursday, March 15, 2012 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. She was born September 18, 1921 in New Orleans, La., the daughter of Frederick and Henrietta (Rund) Stouder, Sr., and had lived in Trumbull County most of her life.

Mrs. McLain had worked for Humble Oil Company. A member of Central Christian Church, she also belonged to various golf leagues, the Jack & Jill Dance Club, and Woodmen of the World.

Surviving are two sons, Thomas E. (Janelle) and Michael A. McLain, both of Warren; two granddaughters, Bethany R. Sculley and Erin C. (Kevin) Wynk; two great-grandchildren: Ella C. and Parker T. Wynk; and a sister, Faye (Earl) Burke of Houston, Tex. Preceding her in death is her husband, Elmer McLain, whom she married August 24, 1949 and who died March 14, 1990; and two brothers, Frederick, Jr. and Edward Stouder.

Services are 12:00 noon Saturday, March 17, 2012 at McFarland & Son Funeral Home, with Rev. John Temple of Grace Fellowship Church officiating.
