Verna M. Ulrich

Verna M. Ulrich of Warren passed away on Sunday, August 11, 2024, at 5:10 a.m. in Continuing Healthcare at the Ridge. She was 83.

She was born October 11, 1940, in Seattle, WA, a daughter of the late Melvin S. and Helene (Parker) Hunter.

Verna was a homemaker and was of Methodist Faith. On July 5, 1958, she married Kenneth Burdette Ulrich. They were together until his passing on February 18, 2011.

In her free time, she enjoyed quilting, sewing, creating beautiful crafts, and reading.

Verna will be greatly missed by 3 sons, Kenneth & Joan Ulrich of Apex NC, Miles B. Ulrich & Jessica L. Wilson Ulrich of Conway SC, Kevin B. Ulrich of Niles OH; 4 daughters, Kathryn Craig and her husband Larry Gradisher of Copley, OH Marilyn & Robert Wenhold of Niles OH, Christine A. Ulrich of Warren, OH and Justine A. Ulrich of Warren OH; a brother, Robert J. Smith of New Mexico; 12 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Per Verna’s wishes, there will be no public services.
