V. Gail "Girt" Rounsley

V. Gail "Girt" Rounsley, 73, of Warren, passed away on July 11, 2012 at her residence. She was born on July 25, 1938 to Harold and Virginia (Bell) Tinsley at Greenville, SC.

Gail worked as the Program Director for Warren's SCOPE Senior Center under Roberta Graham. She helped organized and was the first president of the Warren G. Harding High School Panther Moms. She volunteered for Mobile Meals, the 2nd Harvest Food Bank, and the outreach programs at her church.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Niles.

Gail is survived by her two sons; Michael "Judy" Rounsley of Warren, and Tim "April" Rounsley of Howland Twp, also a sister, Rebecca Martinez of New Orleans, LA; and four granddaughters, Whitney, Chelsea, Elena, Brooke. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Gloria Tinsley.

A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held on Saturday, July 14, 2012, 10:00AM at the Niles First United Methodist Church, 608 N. Crandon Avenue, Niles, OH with, the Rev. Nathan Howe officiating. Family and friends will gather one hour prior to the services at the church.
