Stacey Lynn Lewis, of Niles, passed away Thursday (9-25-14) at 9:10 p.m. in the ICU of St. Joseph's Hospital with her family by her side. She was 32.
Stacey was born December 22, 1981 in Warren, OH, a daughter of Pete and Cynthia Koniowsky Lewis.
She attended Niles McKinley High School, following high school she went on to attend Youngstown State University.
Ms. Lewis was a waitress at various restaurants and most recently she was the general manger at Little Caesars Pizza in Austintown.
Stacey was of Protestant faith. She enjoyed playing and watching baseball. She cherished the time spent playing PlayStation with her son and nephews.
Surviving are: her mother, Cynthia Lewis of Niles; a son Dallas Ferry, whom she adored; a sister Susan Ferry of Niles; a brother Rick (Rachelle) Lewis of Niles; 4 step children, Ashley, Cody, Seth, and Lexi Ferry. She is also survived by 3 nephews and 1 niece who enjoyed spending time with her.
She was preceded in death by her father.
