Shirley Rae Leemaster

Shirley Rae (Young) Leemaster, 73, of Warren, died 3:20 PM Friday, September 3, 2004 at Autumn Hills Care Center in Niles. She was born Wednesday, February 4, 1931, in Burgettstown, Pa., the daughter of the late Thomas H. and Mary A. Pyle Young.

Mrs. Leemaster worked in the sales and insurance department for Packard Electric. She was an avid gardener and reader.

Surviving Mrs. Leemaster are her friend, Bob Grabel of Warren, and many nieces and nephews.

Preceding Mrs. Leemaster in death are her parents; her husband, Laurence C. Leemaster, whom she married May 27, 1950 and who died June 12, 1979; two brothers: Thomas H. Young and Richard L. Young; and an infant sister, Beulah Mae Young.

Visitation for Mrs. Leemaster will be 1:00 to 3:00 PM Wednesday, September 8, 2004 at McFarland and Son Funeral Home, 271 North Park Avenue, Warren, Ohio 44481. Graveside services will be held for family at Carmel Freeman Cemetery in Mosiertown, Pa. Material contributions may be made to the Animal Welfare League, 545 Brunstetter Rd. S.W., Warren, Ohio 44481.
