Rodney L. Smith

Rodney L. "Rock" Smith, Sr., of Warren, died in a car accident April 26, 2011 in Pittsburgh, Pa. He was born September 22, 1966 in Warren, the son of Harold L. and Beatrice J. (Horton) Smith, Sr.

Rodney had worked as a telemarketer for the Fraternal Order of Police and enjoyed fishing, camping, and cook-outs.

Surviving are four sisters: Brenda L. Zempter of Ohio, Karen (Yake) Yanotka of North Carolina, Cindy (Gene) Gotham of Southington, and Pamela Babcock of Warren; and two brothers, Harold J., Jr. and Mark Smith, both of Warren; and a stepbrother, William Davis of Florida. Preceding him in death are his parents and two brothers, Ronny Smith and Greg Sandor.

Cremation has taken place. Services are private.
