Robert D. Bristol

Robert David Bristol, 59, of Warren, died at home Wednesday, February 22, 2006. He was born September 23, 1946 in Warren, the son of Edwin R. and Helen Angelome Bristol, and had lived in the Warren area all his life.

Robert served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and had been self-employed as a truck driver. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.

He will be sadly missed by his two daughters, Barbara A. (Dayle) Rodgers and Heidi L. Bristol, both of Warren; four grandchildren: Matthew, Ethan, Kaela, and Ian Wright; his sister, Ladora Turner of Southington, and three nieces. His parents preceded him in death.

Services will be 10:30 AM Saturday, February 25, 2006 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 232 Seneca N.E., Warren, Ohio 44481, with Fr. Bernard Schmalzried officiating. Inurnment at All Souls Cemetery will take place at a later date. Friends may call 9:00 to 10:15 AM Saturday at McFarland & Son Funeral Home.
