Robert A. Bradley, 66, of Warren, died Friday, August 29, 2008 at his daughter's home in Warren. He was born November 13, 1941 in Warren, the son of Lee A. and Rina (Caporossi) Bradley, and had lived in the Warren area all his life.

Mr. Bradley was a 1959 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School and attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. A former Army reservist, he had worked as a draftsman for Wean Engineering, Alcan Aluminum, Republic Steel, and Electric Furnace in Salem. A member of St. Pius X Catholic Church, he had been active in the Jaycees, the Knights of Columbus, St. Vincent de Paul, the Decipius Club, the YMCA, and the Barbershoppers. He was known for his great sense of humor, enjoyed playing softball and flag football, and had been a big fan of the Warren Western Reserve Raiders.

Surviving are his daughter, Melissa K. (Robert J.) Scholten of Warren; his son, Robert S. Bradley and his special friend Tricia Williams of Southington; three grandchildren: Joshua R. and Haley R. Scholten, and Maria Dawn Bradley; and a sister, Carol F. Bradley of Lorain. His parents precede him in death.

A memorial service will be conducted at 8:00 p.m. Thursday, September 4, 2008 at McFarland & Son Funeral Home. Private burial of his urn will take place at a later date. Friends may call 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
