Richard N. Latimer of Howland, passed away in the early morning on Wednesday, February 8, 2017. He was 34.
Richard was born in Youngstown on October 14, 1982, the son of Richard H. and Suzanne Schindell Latimer.
He attended Struthers School System. He was employed at 82 Auto Wrecking as a laborer, and enjoyed helping his father at the family waste disposal business.
Mr. Latimer loved collecting and working on Chevrolet Monte Carlos. He was an avid Cleveland Browns and Cavaliers fan. He enjoyed riding 4 wheelers when he had the chance. Most importantly he was a loving father and cherished the moments he spent with his children.
He is survived by his wife Candice Devellin Latimer, whom he married November 9, 2012; 3 daughters, Riley Latimer of Howland, Courtney Lawernson of New Mexico, and Cierra Shonce of Youngstown; a son Andrew Devellin of Warren; his mother, Suzanne (Paul Sr.) Reitz of Niles; his father Richard H. (Jennifer) Latimer of Masury, OH; 7 sisters, Janey (Curtis) Foltz of Hermitage, Rebecca (Anthony) Latimer of Howland, Jennifer (Jason) Latimer of Girard, Krissy (Brandon) Reese of Columbus, Kayla Latimer of Hermitage, Sarah (fiancé Mike Simon) Reitz of Niles, and Jonelle Sanders of Masury; 4 brothers, Steven (Kendra) Latimer of Niles, Travis Reitz of Niles, Derek (Fiancé Megan) Sanders of Girard, and Paul Reitz Jr. of Niles; Paternal Grandmother, Harriet Latimer of Austintown; Step Grandmother, Thelma Reitz.
Richard was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Richard H. Latimer; Step Grandparents, Ed and Mary Reitz.

A funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 11, 2017 in the funeral home with Rev. Curtis Miller, pastor of New Hope United Methodist Church.
