Ralph K. Glosser

Cortland, Ohio - Ralph K. Glosser Sr., 81, died Thursday, September 29, 2016 at Windsor House of Champion. He was born on September 19, 1935 in Warren, Ohio, the son of the late Ralph H.K. and Mary Zimmerman Glosser.
Ralph was one of the original founders and vice president of engineering at Vanex Tube Corporation, where he poured himself into his work. He retired after 31 years in early 2016. He was a kind and gentle man who loved his family and enjoyed spending time in Cook Forest, Lake Erie and traveling. He was a member of Central Christian Church.
Memories of Ralph will be carried on by wife, Judith W Glosser of Cortland, son, Ralph (Debbie) Glosser, Jr. of Champion, OH, daughters, Jill (Greg) Steinbeck of Macedonia, and Amy (Greg) Moser of Mason, OH, step-sons, Jeff Woodward of Aurora, Scott (Sharon) Woodward of Cortland, Gregory (Sue) Woodward of Ashtabula. Eight grandchildren Holly, Ben, Sam, Jake, Camden, Garrett, Emily, Bethany; six step grandchildren Michael, Kalli, Casey, Shelby, Tom and Caroline, and two great grandchildren Noah and Zoey.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Mimi Navarrete, and grandchild, Robin Glosser.
Tuesday, October 4, 2016, family will receive friends from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at McFarland & Son Funeral Home in Warren. Visitation will also be held one hour prior to 11:00 am service at Central Christian Church on Wednesday, Pastors Mark Runyon and Ty Sabella officiating. Private service of final committal will follow at Champion Township Cemetery.
