Phyllis J. Rowan

WARREN - Phyllis J. Rowan, 77, passed away Saturday, November 16, 2013 at St. Joseph Health Center. She was born on September 12, 1936 in Youngstown, Ohio, the beloved daughter of the late Julia (Haluska) Springer.

Phyllis was employed by SCOPE Senior Centers as a Food Service Worker. She was also the Supervisor of Volunteers for Meals on Wheels.

Memories of Phyllis will be carried on by son, David J. Schwab, Jr. of Columbus; daughter, Sheryl Schwab of Winter Haven, FL; step-daughter, Kathie Rowan of Warren; grandchildren: Mathew Klaben, David Vincent, and Andrea Nelson, plus 4 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother,and daughter, Vicki L. Schwab.

Family will receive friends Thursday, November 21, 2013 from 3:00 - 5:00 pm at McFarland and Son Funeral Home, Warren. A Service of Remembrance will be immediately following at 5:00 pm.
