Phillip Gale Cottrill of Niles, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 16, 2016 at 9:51 p.m. in the emergency room of Trumbull Memorial Hospital. He was 38.
Phillip was born in Warren on June 28, 1977, the son of Harry and Shirley Sampson Cottrill.
He attended Warren City School Systems. Mr. Cottrill held numerous jobs throughout his life, the career he loved was working on various cars for a local Amoco Station.
Mr. Cottrill was of Christian Faith. He found enjoyment playing cards, and was an excellent cook. Most importantly he cherished the time he spent with family and friends, especially playing video games with his son and his nieces and nephews. He was a caring individual and would go out of his way to help others.
He is survived by his wife, Angelique K. Six Cottrill, whom he married July 3, 1995; his parents, Harry Cottrill and Shirley Cottrill both of Niles; a son, Patrick Cottrill, 15, whom resides at home; 3 brothers, Russell Cottrill of Warren, Meredith "Matt" Cottrill of Warren, and Travus Cottrill of Niles; a sister, Jamie Cottrill of Niles; a half-sister, Adeana Carr of Glenville, WV.

Calling hours will be on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Wm Nicholas Funeral Home and Cremation Services LLC 614 Warren Ave. Niles, OH 44446.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home.
