Olen C. Grimm

Mineral Ridge - Olen C. Grimm, 85, died on October 8, 2015 at Vista Center at the Ridge. He was born on December 10, 1929, in West Virginia, the son of the late Charles and Emma (Friend) Grimm.

Olen was a truck driver for Smith Trucking for over 30 years and a member of Teamsters Local 377. He enjoyed camping, fishing, flea markets, and loved to travel.

Memories of Olen will be carried on by daughters, Tina Wilson, Carol (John) Wise, Patricia Quintana, Marianna (John) McCarter, Rose Harned, Connie (John) Ludwig; sons, Ronald (Annie) Grim, Gary (Debbie) Grim, Joe (Jane) Grim, Darrell Grimm; brothers, Ike (Nancy) Grimm, Glen Grimm, Phillip (Linda) Grimm; 17 grandchildren; plus many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Alice; son, Larry "Pete" Grim; brother, Dale Grimm; and sister, Kathleen Johnson.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm at McFarland & Son Funeral Home, Warren. A Memorial Service to follow at 3:00 pm with {to be confirmed} officiating. Cremation has taken place and final committal will be at a later date in West Virginia.
