Mildred M. Myers

Mildred M. Myers, 84, of Warren, died Saturday, December 19, 2009 at Southwest Hospice in Strongsville. She was born April 7, 1925 in Wick Haven, Pa., the daughter of the late Stephen and the late Anna (Gabbie) Krempasky, and had lived in Warren since February, 1943.

Mrs. Myers was employed at Ohio Lamp as a quality control inspector and retired in 2009 after 59 years of employment. She attended school in Charleroi, Pa. and was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Warren for 66 years. She enjoyed shopping, decorating, and spending time with her family.

Surviving are her sons Mark H. Myers and his fiancee, Charlotte Behling, of Cortland, and Jeffrey A. (Noreen) and Robert J. Myers, both of North Royalton; a grandson, Anthony J. Myers; and a sister, Elaine Krempasky of Warren. Preceding her in death are her parents; her husband, Harry H. Myers, whom she married July 12, 1952 and who died July 1, 2000; and a brother, Edward S. Krempasky.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, with Fr. Bernard Schmalzried officiating. Interment will follow at All Souls Cemetery. Friends may call 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and 12:00 to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at McFarland & Son Funeral Home.
