Mary Beth Rich

Mary Beth Rich, 75, of Warren Ohio, passed away peacefully at Trumbull Regional Medical Center on Saturday March 16, 2019. The daughter of Henry H. and Kathrine Kavanaugh Higley, Mary Beth was born on December 10, 1943 in Youngstown, Ohio.

Mary graduated from South High in Youngstown and worked many years at Warren General Hospital and later for Home Healthcare as a nurse’s assistant. She devoted her time and efforts to her family and others. Mary cherished her family gatherings and outings and was very involved with her nieces and nephews and enjoyed every moment with them.

Memories of Mary will be carried on by her brother and sister-in-law, Tom and Marie Higley of Elyria; by many nieces, and a nephew; her friends at Cortland Health Care and Cross Roads Hospice.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Henry and Kathrine Kavanaugh Higley, and sister and brother in law, Rita and Eugene Jones.

The family would like thank the staff at both Cortland Healthcare and Cross Roads Hospice for their compassion and care of Mary during her time of need.
