Martha Martin

Martha J. Martin, 88, of Plainfield, IN passed away on October 27, 2011 at Lake Vista of Cortland, OH. She was born on August 13, 1923 to Lloyd and Hazel (Winkleblack) McCarty at Sanford, IN.

Martha is survived by her son Gary, daughter-in-law Anne, and granddaughter Ellie all of Warren, OH, sister, Margaret Cox and brother Thurman McCarty both of Terre Haute IN. She is preceded in death by her husband Paul. and brother James McCarthy.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, November 17, 2011 at 6:00 PM in the chapel at Christ Episcopal Church, 2627 Atlantic St., NE Warren, Ohio 44483, The Rev. Fr. Jeff Baker will officiate, Burial took place in the Roselawn Memorial Park, Terra Haute, IN. Saturday, October 29, 2011.
