Marquise La'Shaun Jones

WARREN - Marquise La'Shaun Jones, 16, passed away unexpectantly on Saturday, September 14, 2013, due to complications from his asthma. He was born on May 10, 1997 and was the beloved son of Michael Jones and Nicole Binion both of Warren.

Marquise was attending Warren G. Harding High School where he was a 10th grader. He enjoyed playing basketball and baseball with his friends, loved animals, and enjoyed cutting hair just like his father. He was a happy and sweet person to be with and enjoyed his family and hanging out with all his friends. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

His memories will be carried on by, his mother, Nicole Binion, father, Michael (Kim) Jones, brothers, Michael S. Jones, Brendon Jones, Isaiah Jones, Nisiah Jones, Aiden Jones, Elijah Boyce, Jaiden Jones, sisters, Arianna Jones and Heaven Binion, grandfather, Willie Summerlin, Sr., grandmother, Charlene Jones, great-grandmother, Georgia Ruth Summerlin, all of Warren, plus his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Isaiah Thomas.

Friends are invited to visit on Thursday, September 19, 2013 from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm at McFarland and Son Funeral Home in Warren. Services will take place on Friday, September 20, 2013 at 12:00 noon at the Divine Trinity Temple Church of God & Christ, 500 Vine Avenue NE, Warren, OH 44483, with calling hours 1 hour prior to the service, with Elder Preston May officiating. Burial will take place immediately following services at Kerr Cemetery, 1240 Salt Springs Rd., Mineral Ridge, OH, 44440.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help offset funeral expenses.
