Marilyn K. Pappas

Marilyn K. Pappas, 64, of Warren, died Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at her home. She was born April 30, 1942 in Warren, Ohio, the daughter of the late Edward V. Sable and the late Elizabeth McGonigle.

Mrs. Pappas was an active member of St. Pius X Catholic Church and had worked as a pediatric nurse's aide for St. Joseph's Health Center. She enjoyed watching movies and collecting angels.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas M. Pappas, whom she married July 18, 1986; a daughter, Regina DeCenso of Cleveland; three sons: John DeCenso of Warren, Tim Kagy of Warren, and Edward Kagy of Hubbard; step-son & daughter-in-law, Thomas M. (Denise) Pappas, Jr. of Kinsman; step-daughter & son-in-law, Nicole (Mike) Cassady of Lordstown; brother & sister-in-law, James (Mary) Sable of Champion; sister & brother-in-Law, Margaret (Frank) Caroselli of Wisconsin; brother, Edward Sable of Warren; and seven grandchildren: Alicia, Jessica, Katie, Michael, Danielle, Nicholas and Madison. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Services will be held at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 1401 Moncrest Ave NW, Warren, Ohio 44485 Saturday, April 21, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. with Fr. William Loveless officiating. Interment will follow at All Souls Cemetery. Calling hours are 6-8 PM Friday at McFarland & Son Funeral Home, and 9-10 AM Saturday at the church.
