Marguerite M. Totten, 93, of Warren, died Monday, January 16, 2012 at Community Skilled Health Care Centre. She was born July 12, 1918 in Fairmont, W. Va., the daughter of Fred and Bessie Mae (Layman) Randolph, and had lived in Trumbull County most of her life.

A graduate of Warren G. Harding High School, Mrs. Totten was a sixty-year member of First Church of the Nazarene. A homemaker, she enjoyed painting and going to Florida with her husband, Bill, to fish in the Florida Keys.

Surviving are two children: William T. "Tom" (Linda) Totten II and Janet (Marvin) Edwards, both of Cortland; three grandchildren: Theresa (Thomas) Wooddell, Debbie (Timothy) Grimm, and Holly (Jeffrey) Buchwalter; a granddaughter-in-law, Deneene Edwards; and five great-grandchildren: Zach Wooddell, Jonathan Grimm, Jennifer and McKenzie Buchwalter, and Seth Anthony Edwards. Preceding her in death are her husband, William T. "Bill" Totten, whom she married July 8, 1938 and who died September 6, 1987; a grandson, Jonathan Jeffrey Edwartds; and two brothers, John and Monroe Randolph.

Services are 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at McFarland & Son Funeral Home, with Rev. Broe Davis of First Church of the Nazarene officiating. Interment will follow at Crown Hill Burial Park. Friends may call 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Material contributions may be made either to First Church of the Nazarene, 4179 Parkman Rd.
