Marguerite L. Logan, 92, formerly of Champion, died Wednesday, June 28, 2006 at Shepherd of the Valley in Howland. She was born December 12, 1913 in Warren, the daughter of W. Dwight and Eva Mae Parker Wormley, and had lived in the Warren area all her life.

Mrs. Logan was a 1932 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School. She was a charter member of St. William Parish and first president of the women's guild. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, playing cards, and was a big Cleveland Indians fan. She had crocheted more than twenty afghans for children, family, and friends.

Surviving are three children: Marcelline (James) Kennedy of Dayton, Thomas (Lynda) Logan of Lordstown, and Maureen (Roger) Samuelson of Champion; 15 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death are her parents; her husband, Raymond J. Logan, whom she married April 27, 1935 and who died October 4, 2003; and two sisters, Kathleen Terbot and Shirley Hurrelbrink.

Services will be 10:00 AM Monday at St. William Parish, 5411 Mahoning Ave. N.W., Warren, Ohio 44483, with Fr. Michael J. Smar officiating. Interment will follow at All Souls Cemetery. Friends may call 4:00 to 6:00 PM Sunday at McFarland & Son Funeral Home, and 9:00 to 10:00 AM Monday at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to St. William Parish.
