Margaret “Peggy” Kreidler of Warren passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 4:40 a.m. at her residence with her family. She was 66.
Peggy was born on October 20, 1952 in Warren, the daughter of the late William and Jean Shelear Holmes.
She was a 1970 graduate of Niles McKinley High School. She was in the retail industry most of her life, working for Carlisle’s and Kaufman’s Department Stores. She retired from Macy’s
Peggy was of Catholic faith and attended Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish.
Earlier in life, Peggy was a swim class instructor at the Niles YMCA, a Girl Scout troop leader, and enjoyed bowling with her husband. She was an avid Cleveland Indians fan. In her spare time she enjoy reading a good book or working on puzzles. She cherished her family and looked forward to spending time together.
She is survived by her husband, Charles “Chuck” Kreidler, whom she married September 1, 1973, they recently celebrated 46 years of marriage together; a daughter, Kim Kreidler of Niles; 2 sisters, Joyce Grodesky and Cindy Cervone; 2 grandchildren, Autumn Jean and Lucas.
In addition to her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by a son, Kirk Kreidler; a sister, Bonnie Erickson.
