Margaret A. Henn

Margaret Arkansas Starkey Henn, 94, of Warren, died 10:47 AM Wednesday, June 30, 2004 at home. She was born Saturday, November 27, 1909, in Chester, West Virginia, the daughter of the late James and Minnielou (Moss) Starkey.

Mrs. Henn was a 1927 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School and had worked as a clerk for the Griswold Company. She was a member and a past-president of the Blue Star Mothers when her son was in the Navy during the Korean War. She had worked on the Election Board for many years and enjoyed flowers and crossword puzzles. She played the piano and organ and was very artistic. Mrs. Henn loved to spend time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Surviving Mrs. Henn are two daughters, Lois Lickwar and Charlene Cuckovich; a son-in-law George Cuckovich, and daughter-in-law, Barbara Henn, all of Lordstown; nine grandchildren: Gerald E. Henn; James, Daniel, and Richard Cuckovich; Michael S., James, and Melany Lickwar; Lisa M. Paisley; Amanda Force; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Preceding Mrs. Henn in death are her husband, Eugene Frank Henn, whom she married in 1929 and who died October 30, 2001; a son, Ronald Eugene Henn; a daughter and son-in-law, Margaret Jean (Henn) and Van D. Gunter; son-in law Michael Lickwar, and a brother, Wilbur "Pete" Starkey.

Services will be 12:30 PM Friday, July 2, 2004 at Pine Knoll Cemetery in Warren Township, with Rev. James F. Baer officiating. Friends and family will be recieved one hour prior to services at the cemetery. Interment will follow the services.
