Margaret "Lee" Harris

Margaret "Lee" Harris, 70, of Warren, died Monday, April 5, 2010 in the emergency room of Forum Health - Trumbull Memorial Hospital. She was born January 15, 1940 in Warren, the daughter of Frank and Margaret (Heathman) Hitchings, and had lived in Trumbull County most of her life.

A 1957 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School, Lee was a homemaker much of her life, and worked as a secretary in the surgery unit of Delray Beach (Fla.) Hospital. She belonged to the Sahara Club and enjoyed crafts, watching her grandsons' sporting events, and spending time with friends and family.

Surviving are two children: Lori (Frank) O'Brien of Warren and Paul (Christine) Harris of Strongsville; her beloved grandchildren: Brendan, Daniel, Dillon, Mitchell, and Matthew; and her former husband, Joseph Harris of Warren. Her parents precede her in death.

A Celebration of Life service will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Thursday, April 8, 2010 at McFarland & Son Funeral Home, with Rev. Jim Garber of New Hope Church in Brunswick officiating.
