Mabel L Edmiston

Cortland, Ohio - Mabel L. Edmiston , 88, died Monday, January 16, 2017 at Cortland Healthcare Center. She was born on October 20, 1928 in Blandburg, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late John and Margaret Thomas Edmiston.

Mabel retired from Prudential Insurance Co. after 33 years of service as a Secretary. She was a member of First Church of God, Newton Falls and enjoyed traveling, and reading.

Memories of Mabel will be carried on by many cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, John A. Edmiston and mother, Margaret Edmiston,

Family will receive friends, Thursday, January 19, 2017 from 5 - 5:30 at McFarland & Son Funeral Services, 271 North Park Avenue. Services will be held immediately following with Chaplain Christine Orr, Crossroads Hospice officiating . Internment will Friday, January 20, 2017 at Crown Hill Burial Park in Vienna, Ohio. Mabel has requested donations be made to Warren Family Mission, 155 Tod Ave NW, Warren, OH 44485
