Lodella M. Lockney

Lodella M. Lockney, 81, of Warren, died 1:08 AM Monday, June 12, 2006 at Forum Health - Trumbull Memorial Hospital. She was born Saturday, March 14, 1925 in Trumbull County, the daughter of Harry and Frances Hull Barshney, and had lived in the area her entire life.

Lodella was a homemaker who loved her family. She enjoyed country music, playing cards, and arts and crafts.

She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Frances Frederick of Youngstown; four sons: David Lockney of Grafton, Ohio, Kenneth Lockney, Sr. of Youngstown, Donald (Dorothy) Lockney of Howland, and James Lockney of Howland; eleven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death are her parents; her husband, Calvin Lockney, whom she married in 1946 and who died September 29, 1993; a son, Edmond Lockney; a grandson, John Frederick; a brother, Lawrence Barshney; and a sister, Lena Webber.

A memorial service will be 4:50 PM Wednesday, June 14, 2006 at McFarland & Son Funeral Home. Friends may call from 4:00 to 4:50 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
