Kenny R. Bragg, 58, of Warren, died at home Tuesday, February 16, 2010. He was born September 15, 1951 in Braxton County, West Virginia, the son of Ted and Virginia Maye (McQuain) Bragg, and spent most of his life in Trumbull County.
A graduate of Warren Western Reserve High School, Mr. Bragg had been working as a machinist for Schaefer Equipment for forty years. The people of Schaefer were a big part of his life. He enjoyed gardening, car modeling, fishing, and being a prankster with his grandchildren. He and his wife Judy loved each other dearly and were happily married for nearly forty years before her passing on January 7, 2009.
Surviving are his mother, Virginia Maye Betts of Vienna; two children: Kenneth R. (Priscilla) Bragg, Sr. of Indian Mound, Tenn. and Kelly C. (Dude) Bianco of Burghill; nine grandchildren: Desiree (Daniel) Weaver, Michaela, Regina, Gabrielle, Isabella, Kenneth R. Jr., and Annabelle Bragg, and Mason and McKenna Bianco; two great-grandchildren, Joseph and Sage Weaver; a brother, John (Gloria) Bragg of Warren; his cats, Chloe, Pooh, and Jack; and his extended family at Schaefer Equipment. His father and his wife, Judy C. (Bolyard) Bragg, precede him in death.
According to his wishes, cremation is taking place. Services are private. Interment will be at a later date in West Virginia. Material contributions may be made to the Fellows Riverside Gardens, 123 McKinley Ave., Youngstown, Ohio 44509, in honor of the many long walks Kenny and Judy used to take there, admiring the roses.
