Jerry L. Bowker

WARREN, OH - Jerry L. Bowker, 71, passed away Thursday, April 4, 2013 at The Manor at Autumn Hills after a long illness. Jerry was born on July 25, 1941 in Warren and was the son of the late William and Ann (McDonald) Bowker, Jr.

Jerry was a graduate of Harding High School and Class President in 1959. He retired from General Motors and was a former Warren City Fireman. He also delivered flowers for Adgate & Son Florist for many years. He loved spending time with his granddaughter, Ashley, especially at Geneva on the Lake, which was one of his favorite places to visit. He also enjoyed walking and biking at Mosquito Lake Park.

Memories of Jerry will be carried on by his sons; Eric Bowker of Howland, Shawn Bowker of Warren, and his granddaughter, Ashley Bowker of Howland, also a brother in law; Sidney McBane of Warren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Bowker whom he married on December 30, 1960 and shared many wonderful years together.

According to Jerry's wishes, private services have been held.
