Jeffery A. Hoskins

Jeffery A. Hoskins, 46, of Champion, passed away May 10, 2012 at the University Hospital Geauga Medical Center, Chardon, OH from a sudden heart attack. He was born on September 20, 1965 the son of Harry and Geraldine "Gerry" (Waters) Hoskins at Warren, OH.

Jeffery worked as a Plant Manager for MDI in Burton, OH. He attended Western Reserve High School and enjoyed golf, fishing and music. Anatomical donations were made to Lifebanc of Ohio.

Jeffery is survived by his father Harry Hoskins of Champion, 2 sons - Jeffery Follmeyer of New Brighton, PA, and Zachary Hoskins of OH; sister - Theresa (Gene) White of Binghamton, NY; brother - Garry (Carrie) Hoskins of Atwater, OH; Girlfriend - Renee Baker of Warren, OH 2 nieces and 1 nephew. He is preceded in death by his mother, Geraldine "Gerry" May Hoskins, niece, Bethany White.

Family and friends may gather at Monday, May 14, 2012 at The McFarland & Son Funeral Home, Warren, OH. from 2:00 till 3:30 where celebration of life ceremony will follow 3:30 pm with Mark Latimer officiating.
