Jarred L. Hartle

Jarred L. Hartle, 25, of Johnston Twp., died at home Friday, June 12, 2009. The coroner is investigating the cause of death. He was born November 8, 1983 in Warren, the son of James L. and Betty F. (Thompson) Hartle, and had lived in Trumbull County all his life.

Jarred attended Maplewood High School and worked the basketball games for Sam's Amusements. He enjoyed cars, races, all other sports, and all things electronic.

Surviving are his parents, James and Betty Hartle of Johnston; a daughter, Julia R. Hartle, and her mother, Shannon Burns, of Warren Twp.; six sisters: Cheryl Morrow of Warren, Jessica Witter of Sunset Beach, N.C., Malinda Hartle of Warren, Annabell Reighard of Cortland, Crystal Hoostal of Johnston, and Janell Hartle of Warren Twp.; two brothers, Harold and Weldon Rice, both of North Myrtle Beach, S.C.; twenty-one nieces and nephews; and four great-nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death are two brothers, Norman Lahti and James L. Hartle II; and a nephew, James L. Hartle III.

Services are 12:00 Noon Thursday, June 18, 2009 at McFarland & Son Funeral Home in Warren. Interment will follow at Johnston Twp. Cemetery. Friends may call 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon Thursday at the funeral home. Material contributions may be made either to the American Cancer Society, 525 N.
