JANE JOANNE KUZENKO

Howland, Ohio - Jane Joanne Kuzenko, of Warren, Ohio, died December 8, 2016 at Shepherd of the Valley in Howland. She was born July 18, 1929
in Youngstown, OH, daughter of Alexander and Lottie Taraszewski.

Jane was a 1947 graduate of South High School. Jane married Mike Kuzenko on October 15, 1949 and they raised six children. She and Mike were co-owners of Trumbull Business Systems where she also worked as office manager until retiring in 2001. She was active member of Sts. Peter & Paul Byzantine Catholic Church and Holy Cross Polish Church. She was also a member of the Emblem Club and NOMDA. Jane volunteered for many organizations throughout Trumbull County. Jane was very proud of her Polish heritage and was involved in various ethnic activities and events throughout the community with the International Institute. She enjoyed traveling with her family in the US and Europe, listening and dancing to Polka music, reading, sewing, gardening and was an excellent cook.

Surviving are son-Eugene M. Kuzenko, son- Robert J. (Robin) Kuzenko, daughter- Diana J. King, son-David C. (Nancy) Kuzenko, son,-Michael E.(Anita) Kuzenko, and sister- Sophie Costello. Also surviving her are her granddaughters; Alicia Angus, Natalie (Jeff) Parish, Lisa Kuzenko, Stephanie (Anthony) Hentosh, Deanna Kuzenko, Michelle (Jake Rowe) Kuzenko. Jane also has three great-grandchildren; Madeline Parish, James Parish, and Chloe Hentosh. She was preceded in death by her parent and her husband, Mike Kuzenko, daughter, Joanne O'Neil, brothers; Walter, Eugene, Joseph, Zigmont and Chester Taraszewski, son-in-law Paul King and her great-grandson, Alexander Hentosh.

Calling hours are Monday, December 12, 2016 from 4-6 p.m. at the McFarland & Son Funeral Services Company, Warren, OH. Services will be held at McFarland & Son Funeral Services, Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. with Father Carl Kish of St. Robert Parish officiating. Internment will follow at the Pineview Memorial Park in Warren, OH.
