James O'Neil O'Neil

James O'Neil IV was born on May 19, 1955 in Charlerloi, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Ruth Fox and late James O'Neil, III. He was formerly married to Therese L. Navarra O'Neil of New Castle Pennsylvania.

Jim was self-employed and worked as a computer systems engineer and programmer for various companies in the Midwest. He was a devoted and loving father who loved spending time with his family as well as the sip of a good whiskey and the smoke of a fine cigar.

He will be lovingly remembered by children: James, Joseph and Sarah O'Neil of Niles, Ohio; brother, John O'Neil of Niles, Ohio; sister, Denise O'Neil of Columbia, Tennessee and grandson, Jenson McElrath.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Hammercheck Fox and father, James A. O'Neil, III.
The family will be celebrating his life at The Knights of Columbus Hall (1024 Vienna Ave. Niles, OH) on Friday, February 24, 4-8 pm. Come eat drink and fondly remember.
