Ira Maude Beasley

Ira Maude (Newman) Beasley, 68, of Warren, died 12:10 AM Sunday, November 7, 2004 at Ridgecrest Care Center in Warren. She was born Tuesday, December 31, 1935, in Pine Prairie, Louisiana, the daughter of the late Alvin Joe and Mary Alice Hearn Newman.

Mrs. Beasley had lived in the area for 18 years, coming from Houston, Texas. She had driven for Yellow Cab in Houston. She was a member of Leavittsburg Church of God and Scope.

Surviving Mrs. Beasley are a son, Michael Wilke of Warren; a daughter, Barbara (Mark) Mundy of Huffman, Texas; a brother, Robert Lee (Coline) Newman of Houston, Texas; 13 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and good friends Cindy Marsh of Howland and Murlene Weimer of Warren, with whom she made her home.

Preceding Mrs. Beasley in death are her parents and a son, Robert Edward Wilke.

Services for Mrs. Beasley will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, November 10, 2004 at McFarland and Son Funeral Home, 271 North Park Avenue, Warren, Ohio 44481, with Rev. Byron E. Powers of Leavittsburg Church of God officiating. Interment will follow at Pine Knoll Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home 9:00 to 10:00 AM Wednesday.
