Helene J. Tocorzic

Helene J. Tocorzic, 94, of Warren, passed away peacefully at Shepherd of the Valley in Niles, on Friday, May 25th, 2007. She was born June 18, 1912 in Buffalo, New York, the daughter of Stephen and Angeline (Pietrzak) Ziolkowski. She was a resident of Warren, but was raised in New Castle, Pa.

Mrs. Tocorzic was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and enjoyed crafts as well as traveling. She was an Area Supervisor for 12 Draft Boards for the Selective Services Division of the U. S. Government for 30 years, retiring in 1972.

She is survived by her younger brother, Arthur Stevens of Niles, two nieces and three nephews. Preceding her in death are her parents, sister (Irene Frampton, 1992), and husband (Frank Tocorzic, 1978), whom she married in 1936.
