CHAMPION - Harold W. Fee, 86, died Friday, June 6, 2014 at his residence after a long illness. He was born on May 14, 1928 in Warren, the son of the late Walter and Coral (Cowdery) Fee.
Harold was a 1945 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School and had served in the US Army as a paratrooper in the 11th Airborne Division. during the occupation of Japan. He retired from Copperweld Steel Co. as a finisher and had also worked at Republic Steel Corp., and at Fee Produce. He enjoyed antique cars, the outdoors, collecting flashlights, and trips to Geneva on the Lake. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
Memories of Harold will be carried on by daughter; Cynthia, son; Robert (Christina) Fee of Ellwood City, PA, daughter; Deanne Fee of Champion, grandsons; David and Douglas Parke, and granddaughter; Franchesca Fee.
He was preceded in death by his wife; Delores J. (Hosch) Fee whom he married October 12, 1951 and passed on November 13, 1986, and two brothers; Melvin and Leonard Fee.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 from 4:00 pm till 6:00 pm. Funeral services will be held at the Funeral Home on Wednesday June 11, 2014 at 1:00 pm with visitation one hour prior to the service. Services of final committal will follow at Champion Township Cemetery with full military honors.
