George W. Rink Rink

George W. Rink III, 43, of Liberty Township, died Monday, October 20, 2008 in the emergency room of St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown. He was born October 27, 1964 in Colorado Springs, Colo., the son of George W. and Martha (Hicks) Rink, Jr.

Mr. Rink was a graduate of Mathews High School, where he had played football and basketball. He had worked at Carter Lumber and also as a landscaper. He enjoyed movies, video games, reading, sports, and most of all, was a good family man.

Surviving are his wife, Chasity (Hines) Rink, whom he married August 7, 1998; his mother, Martha "Molly" Rink of Warren; two daughters, Rebecca and Molly Rink; two stepsons, Brandon and Michael Hines; a sister, Kelly (Matthew) Marlowe of Liberty; and a brother, John Rink of Warren. His father precedes him in death.

At his request, cremation is taking place. The family will greet friends from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, October 24, 2008 at the home of his mother, Molly Rink, at 2163 Hollywood N.E., Warren, Ohio 44483. Material contributions may be made to the family.
