Fred M. Moore

Fred M. Moore of Niles, passed away on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. in his residence. He was 62.
Mr. Moore was born in Youngstown on October 3, 1955, the son of the late Fred and Myrtle June Gordan Moore.
He was a 1974 graduate of Champion High School. Following high school, Fred enrolled in Trumbull Career and Technical Center, where he earned an Associate’s Degree in computer programing.
Fred was employed at Faull & Son LLC as an electrician for the tool & die company. Earlier in life he was employed at Carlisle Engineered Products in Middlefield, OH.
Mr. Moore was of Pentecostal faith. He was a member of the National Rifle Association. He enjoyed target shooting and shooting pool. In his spare time, Fred would work on electronics at home, and spending time with his chocolate lab Coco.
Fred is survived by his wife, Shirley Gould Farley Moore, whom he married on November 20, 2004; 4 sons, David (Shannon) Moore of New Castle, PA, Adam (Judy) Moore of Warren, Scott (Holly) Farley of Niles, Jason Farley and his companion Ashley of Niles; a sister, Darlene Helsius of Brookfield; a brother Jimmy Moore of Girard, 8 grandchildren, Brittney, Scotty, Abbey, Anthony, Alecia, Maria, Bailey, and Kaiden.
In addition to his parents, Fred was preceded in death by his first wife Julia C. Moore, whom he married in 1974, passed away in 1991.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 23, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in New Life Christian Fellowship 2088 Tibbetts Wick Rd. Girard, OH 44420.
