Frank B. Cooper of Niles, passed away at 12:00 pm. on January 17, 2015 in his residence. He was 93.
Mr. Cooper was born January 18, 1921 in Struthers, OH the son of James P. and Ora Seely Cooper.
Frank attended Lowellville School Systems. Mr. Cooper retired from National Gypsum as a paint technician on April 1, 1985.
Mr. Cooper was a member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Niles.
His wife, Ambrozine Whitmarsh Cooper, whom he married, December 10, 1941, passed away on August 25, 2014.
He is survived by, a daughter, Patricia A. and her husband Richard Bauman of Niles; a granddaughter, Amber Bauman.
Frank is preceded in death by his parents and wife

Calling Hours will be held one hour prior to the service on Thursday, January 22, 2015 in St. Luke's Episcopal Church 348 Robbins Ave. Niles, OH 44446.
A joint memorial service will be held for Frank and Ambrozine in the church in which they were married at 11 a.m. Thursday, January 22, 2015 with Rev. Hall, pastor of St. Luke's Episcopal Church.
Inurnment will be in Niles City Cemetery at a later date.
