Evelyn G. Broderick

October 13, 1920 — September 26, 2006

Evelyn Grace Broderick of 925 Youngstown Warren Rd. Niles, Ohio went peacefully in her sleep at Community Skilled Health Care after a short illness on 9-26-2006, taking her place beside the Lord. Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Wood Broderick Jr, parents Albert and Veronica Eidan, sisters Doris and Ruth. Born in Warrensville, Ohio on October 13th, 1920. She lived most of her life in Northeast Ohio, and for a short time after retirement in California.

Evelyn loved to travel, and saw most of the United States by car with her late husband and children, as well as a trip to Europe by herself when she was well in to her 75th year. Evelyn also enjoyed reading, camping, crafts, crocheting, game shows; where she more often then not got the answers correct before the contestants, and crossword puzzles which she did in ink. Evelyn was also a wonderful cook and gracious host who loved serving a delicious meal to family and friends.

Evelyn leaves behind sons William and James of Trinidad, Colorado. Jack of Warren, Ohio and Kevin of Tallmadge, Ohio. Daughters-in-law Marie and Mary, Grand Children Michael, Kellie, Scott, Jason, Justin, Neil and Megan. Great Grand Children Derek, Brandon, Dylan, and Lara.

Evelyn Broderick; Mother, Mother-in-law, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, and friend will be sadly missed by all.
