Eva Marion (Natali) Shearer, 79, of Bristolville, died 3:06 AM Friday, February 3, 2006 at St. Joseph Health Center in Warren. She was born March 1, 1926 in Snowden Twp., Allegheny County, Pa., the daughter of Premo and Mary (Bruschi) Natali, and had lived in Trumbull County since 1943.
Eva had been a homemaker and a wonderful mother, and had worked at Mullins Manufacturing during World War II. She enjoyed crochet, knitting, word puzzles, watching Jeopardy, and playing bingo.
She will be sadly missed by her two sons, Harry D. (Danise) Shearer, Jr. of Texas and Daniel L. (Janice) Shearer, Sr. of Bristolville; grandchildren: Donna Jean and Tracie D. Shearer of Warren, Donald J. Shearer of Texas, Timothy D. (Jennifer) Shearer of Warren, Harry D. Shearer III of Texas, Daniel L. Shearer, Jr. of New York City, and Tina M. Shearer of Florida; Eric And Craig Bortmas of Columbus and Scott Owens of Arkansas many great-grandchildren; three sisters: Gloria Omahne of Pennsylvania, Julie Hefner of Las Vegas, Nev., and Jean King of Columbiana; and two brothers, Louis (Margaret) Natali of Warren and Angelo (Joyce) Natali of Niles. Preceding her in death are her parents; her husband, Harry D. Shearer, Sr., whom she married December 15, 1945 and who died January 18, 1986; and two sisters, Rose Anderson and Leda Davis.
A graveside committal service will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, February 7, 2006 at Newton Township Cemetery, with interment to follow. Friends may call 2:00 to 4:00 PM Monday at McFarland & Son Funeral Home. Material contributions may be made to Someplace Safe, 1540 Tod Ave. N.W., Warren, Ohio 44485.
