Eula V. Francis

Howland Twp. - Eula V. Francis, 96 of formerly of Warren, OH, died Thursday, August 5, 2010 in Shepherd of the Valley-Howland. She was born June 23, 1914 in Elk Garden, WV, the daughter of the late John and Anna Mae (Hickey) Copeland. She was an active member of the Warren First United Methodist Church.

Surviving are a daughter, Gwyneth Draime of Kailua, HI; 2 grandsons, John and William Draime of Kaihia, HI., sister, Ann Dawson of Willowick, OH; Brother, Dennis Copeland of Elk Garden, WV. She was preceded in death by her husband, William T. Francis, whom she married August 31, 1940 and who died July 22, 1979; and a son-in-law, Steven A. Draime.

Services will be held at McFarland & Son Funeral Home at a later date.
