Eileen Reneé McClane

Eileen Reneé McClane of Niles passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 21, 2024, at 4:45 a.m. in Continuing Healthcare at the Ridge. She was 96.

Eileen was born June 19, 1927, in Niles, the daughter of the late William Moore and Ethel Quay (nee Monroe).

Mrs. McClane was a high school graduate and worked as an Ad Copier for the Niles Times. She also worked for the Fraternal Order of the Niles Eagles. Eileen was also a Lady of the Eastern Star as well as a member of the Moose Lodge formerly located in Niles and currently in Warren. 

She will be deeply missed by her daughter, Sue (Robert) Baxter; 3 sons, Joseph (Debbie) Love, Michael McClane, and Robert McClane; 5 grandchildren, Kellie Bleecker, Danielle Love, Justin Love, and Meagen McClane, and Sean McClane; and 6 great grandchildren, Austin, Holden and Allison Bleecker, Christopher and Annabelle Hunyady, and Dashiell Hansen.

In addition to her parents, Eileen was preceded in death by a son, Timothy Allison, and a grandson, Anthony Mayes.
