Dwight E. Angstadt

Dwight E. Angstadt, 61, of Warren, died 5:55 PM Thursday, May 5, 2005 at home. He was born Tuesday, September 14, 1943 in Warren, the son of Paul and Emma Jean Nelms Angstadt, and lived in the Warren area all his life.

Dwight was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, and had worked as an ironworker for many different companies in the area. He had taught welding in the Youngstown City Schools through Local 207. He was a member of Glenn Christian Foundation Church, and had enjoyed ministering, both at the Warren Family Mission and to the sick in the hospitals.

Dwight is survived by his mother of Warren; three children: Heather Lindus, and Gary and Andrew Angstadt, all of Warren; two granddaugters: Miranda Martin and Bethany Jarrells; a sister, Margaret (Joseph) Pinter of Warren; and a brother, Fred Angstadt of Pittsburgh, Pa.

Preceding Dwight in death is his father.

Services for Dwight will be 7:00 PM Monday, May 9, 2005 at McFarland & Son Funeral Home, 271 North Park Avenue, Warren, Ohio 44481, with Rev. Frank J. Glenn, Jr. officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4:00 to 7:00 PM Monday. Material contributions may be made either to the Warren Family Mission, 361 Elm Rd. N.E., Warren, Ohio 44483, or the Glenn Christian Foundation Church, 5540 Parkman Rd. N.W., Warren, Ohio 44481.
