Dorothy M. Kuszmaul

Dorothy M. Kuszmaul, 87, of Champion, died Monday, September 20, 2010 at Windsor House of Champion. She was born August 30, 1923 in Warren, the daughter of Earl and Marian (Hunter) Johnson, and had lived in Warren and Champion all her life.

Mrs. Kuszmaul had worked at General Electric as an assembler, and it was there that she met her husband, Clyde. Together, they enjoyed square dancing and traveling, having enjoyed trips to Germany and Disneyworld. A member of the American Legion Auxiliary, she cared for her beloved pet dog, Prince.

Surviving are twenty-three nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death are her parents and her husband, Clyde E. Kuszmaul, whom she married May 20, 1961 and who died February 21, 2004.

Services are 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 23, 2010 at McFarland & Son Funeral Home, with Fr. Michael Balash of St. William Parish officiating. Interment will follow at All Souls Cemetery.
