Donneth "Dee Dee" Dignan, 62, of Champion, died Thursday, April 5, 2012 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. She was born July 7, 1949 in Everson, W. Va., the daughter of Clyde and Wanda Pearl (Sims) Haun, and had lived in Trumbull County her adult life.

A homemaker, Mrs. Dignan enjoyed crossword puzzles, playing cards, watching baseball and football on TV, reading, and had been in several bowling leagues with her husband.

Surviving are two daughters, Denise (Tom) Gray of Howland and Debra Dignan of Champion; five grandchildren: Destiny Silhan, Justin and Julia Gray, and Brandon and Ashlee Johnson; a great-granddaughter, Camarae McCale; two sisters, Karen (Max) Decker of Southington and Linda (Tony) DeBlasio of Willoughby Hills; and a brother, David (Helen) Haun of Fairmont, W. Va. Preceding her in death are her parents; her husband, Donald E. Dignan, who died October, 1993; a sister, Elaine Riley; and a brother, Paul Haun.

In her honor, a memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
