Donald L. Walsh

Donald L. Walsh of Niles, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 3, 2017 in his residence of natural causes. He was 48.
Donald was born in Warren on June 15, 1968, the son of the late David D. and Nancy L. Ostrode Walsh.
He attended Niles McKinley High School. Mr. Walsh was self-employed as a carpet installer for various home improvement companies throughout the area. Donald took pride in what he did, making sure that the customer was always pleased with the quality of work and craftsmanship he provided.
Mr. Walsh was of Catholic faith. He was an avid Cleveland Browns fan, he enjoyed working on cars, camping, and was always there for a friend in need. Most importantly, Donald loved his family and cherished the time he spent with them.
Donald is survived by his wife, Kathleen Taylor Walsh, whom he married October, 9, 2014; 4 daughters, Jessica Walsh of Niles, Jenna Walsh of Austintown, Dawn Walsh of Niles, and Nicole Jarome of Niles; 3 sons, Almon Jarome Jr. of Girard, Joseph Jarome of Niles, Bruce Jarome of Niles; 3 sisters, Cheryl (Doug) Parker of Niles, Deborah MacNamara of Niles, and Bridgette Janow of Niles; 3 brothers, Shawn (Marge) Walsh of Girard, William (Melissa) Walsh of Niles, and Tom (Sukcha) Walsh of Niles; 10 grandchildren; Mr. Walsh is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.

A celebration of life will take placed at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 in the funeral home.
