Donald A. Stevens

Donald A. Stevens, 78, of Warren, died Monday, February 5, 2007 at Cortland Healthcare Center. He was born October 23, 1928 in Newton Falls, the son of Ernest A. and Angie R. (McCorkle) Stevens.

Mr. Stevens was a graduate of Newton Falls High School and attended Ohio Wesleyan University and Spencerian College. He had been self-employed as an accountant. He is a former Mason and patron of Eastern Star, and a charter member of the Newton Falls Lions Club. He performed antique and estate appraisals, and enjoyed good people and the fine arts.

Surviving are his special friends: Robert E. Smith, Jr. of Warren, June Kothera of Ravenna, and Noralee McMillion of Warren. Preceding him in death are his parents and his sister, Gloria Ann Clark.
